Drawing Entry and Eligibility
To enter the TriWest Go Green Random Drawing (“Go Green and Win”), simply opt into one of the available paperless options
through a valid registered, secure www.triwest.com account between July 5, 2010 and August 29,
2010. Eligibility is limited to those who are verified to be current TRICARE West Region beneficiaries in good standing at the time
of choosing a paperless option (www.triwest.com/gogreen).
Drawing Description
Beginning July 12, 2010 and extending for eight eligibility periods (7 days each), TriWest will select 20 winners from the previous week’s
eligible entries. Within 5 business days of the drawing, each winner will be e-mailed a $20 gift card redemption code for use at QUICKGIFTS
GIFT CARD MALL (www.quickgifts.com). Non-winning eligible entries are not rolled over into any subsequent week’s drawing.
Notification
All weekly winners will be notified by e-mail, and must acknowledge receipt of notification by reply e-mail within 30 days of
notification. Failure to acknowledge receipt within 30 days may result in loss of prize. To ensure delivery of TriWest prize
e-mail, please add GoGreen@triwest.com to your safe sender list. TriWest will use the e-mail address associated with the winning www.triwest.com
account and will not be held liable for incorrect addresses.
Odds of Winning
The odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries.

TriWest reserves the right to change, cancel or suspend all or any portion of this drawing without notice for any reason. TriWest is
entitled to interpret these rules as needed and its decisions are final. Rules are subject to change without notice.
All decisions regarding prize awards will be made by TriWest, and are final and binding in all matters relating to this drawing. This
drawing is void where prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. By participating,
entrants agree to these official rules and agree to accept all decisions made by TriWest with respect to this drawing as final.
Winners are responsible for any and all related taxes and other expenses related to claiming any of the prizes. Taxes (federal, state
and local, and any foreign) and other obligations are solely the responsibility of the winners.
Limitation of Liability
TriWest is not responsible for computer system, hardware, software or program malfunctions or other errors, failures or delayed computer
transactions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. By participating in the drawing, you agree to release and
hold harmless TriWest and its employees, officers, affiliates and agents from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions
or losses of any kind resulting from your participation in this drawing, including use of awarded prizes. TriWest and its employees,
affiliates, agents and business partners assume no responsibility or liability for any damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions
or losses of any kind arising in whole or in part from this drawing.
